2023-2024 Application and Other Forms

The first-round deadline for the 2023-2024 school year was Friday, January 6, 2023. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis after that, but available spots may be more limited. Contact us at admissions@villageschooloflouisville.org about availability. Funds for sliding scale placement in 2023-2024 are exhausted at this point in the admissions season.

Applications can be electronically submitted via email, printed out, or we can mail a paper application if you prefer. Once completed, please email to admissions@villageschooloflouisville.org or mail to: Village School of Louisville, Attn: Selection Committee, 770 Eastern Parkway, Louisville, KY 40217.

In addition to submitting applications, please submit a $20, non-refundable application fee per family regardless of how many students you are applying for. We accept either a check mailed to the above address or online payments to our Venmo account: @villageschooloflouisville. Please contact us if paying the $20 fee presents a significant burden.
